Service description

LicensePrep provides real estate licensing exam preparation materials, including practice questions, explanations, and mock exams. We are a study tool, not an accredited pre-licensing education provider.

No guarantee of exam results

While our questions are designed to help you prepare, we cannot guarantee that using LicensePrep will result in passing any official exam. Exam content is determined by the relevant state licensing authority.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others.

Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts have limited daily question access. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, redistribute, or republish our question content. Do not attempt to scrape or systematically download questions from the platform.

Limitation of liability

LicensePrep is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on our content for exam preparation.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
